| What is the registration fee? | |
|
The registration fee is $100 per person. The registration fee includes entry to all sessions, all meals during the conference, and transportation to the evening event reception at the Exploratorium on October 22, 2008.

You may pay online with a major credit card, or mail a check or purchase order.

| Can I mail you a check? | |

| What is the deadline to register for the conference? | |
|
The deadline for registration is October 15, 2008, or until the conference is full.
We appreciate early registration, which allows us to more accurately plan for a successful conference. |

| If I am unable to attend, what is the cancellation policy? | |
|
After October 1, 2008, no refunds will be given. Name substitutions are allowed with no penalty
|

|
Yes. |

| What is the deadline to register for the San Francisco Marriott Hotel? | |
|
CAESL has reserved a block of rooms at the San Francisco Marriott Hotel, the site of the conference. Reservations must be made by Wednesday, September 24, 2008 in order to guarantee lodging at the conference hotel and at the conference rate.

| What is the deadline for submitting a proposal? | |
|
Proposal submissions are due by July 7, 2008. Submit session proposals by email to: caesl@wested.org.

| How and when will I find out if my proposal has been accepted? | |
|
The CAESL 2008 Planning Group will informally review all proposals. Proposal teams will be notified of the decisions by email by July 30, 2008.
