Workshop - Focus: Early literacy and its impact on Child Development.
Description: By sharing stories and books with young children we have the
opportunity to help them develop relationships, values and skills that
are important foundations for their overall growth and development. Through personal reflection, activities and interactive discussion we will explore how parents, early care & education professionals and other caring adults can support children by recognizing and building on their strengths, encouraging them to explore their own sense of identity and values and building a web of supportive relationships around them.
