Your Proposal
Login for EETAP States Program
You only need to login if you are the Proposal Coordinator for your state team. Once logged in, you can create a new proposal or view and edit your state’s proposal.
If you are a member of a state team developing a proposal but are not the Proposal Coordinator, you should not login. Obtain your proposal's URL address from your Proposal Coordinator to review the most current draft.
