    ** Info about CREEC Network
    To Do:
** Get feedback from Steering Committee - is there any additional info that we'll need on the handout?
** Susan will ask EBEEN members for this info
** Carolyn will help Susan to compile it and put it all into a user-friendly handout (hopefully 1-2 pages)

My proposal is that if everyone fills out their info on the CREEC Resource Directory I can download this info on an excel spreadsheet and send it to the committee. The database currently has 70 East Bay Providers and includes fields that the committee identified for developing the brochure. I don’t know if everyone in EBEEN (particularly new folks) are in the Directory.

If you could go to the directory and enter your provider information by November 3rd this would be helpful to the committee. Go to www.creec.org/region4, “resource directory” button on the left, do a “quick search” to make sure you are not already listed, go through the EE filter, and then add your provider record. After you enter your provider record and it is approved, you will be invited to add your program resources. If you need any assistance I can walk you through this as well. Send me an email bacreec@comcast.net and we can arrange a time we can talk on the phone.

We also have a database of programs that each provider offers that includes the following fields that possibly can be used for other committee work:
Resource Name Provider of Resource Street Address Mail Address City State Zip Contact Provider Email Phone Fax Web Address Approved Counties Served Regions Served Resource Type Grades/Audience Academic Focus EE Focus Days & Hours Group Size Student/Instructor Ratio Cost Reservation Info Availability Restrictions Disabled Access? Comments Public Transit Nearby? Public Transportation Bilingual? Languages Spoken Amenities Dates Available Description Date Created Last Modified

Thanks for supporting EBEEN and the Bay Area CREEC Network,
    Laura
