State Technology Contacts 105 ILCS 40 Illinois Distance Learning Foundation Act Authorizes the Lieutenant Governor to create the Distance Learning Foundation whose purpose is to promote the increased use of communication and information technology in rural school districts in order to improve curriculum, access to faculty and parental participation.
