State Technology Contacts 7-1002 Maryland Virtual Learning Opportunities Fund The Department of Education is to offer a distance-learning program for Maryland public school students. With approval of the State Board and the State Superintendent of Education, the Department is to develop and procure on-line courses and services and review courses.
