State Technology Contacts Mich. Comp. Laws 380.1481 (2002) Michigan Virtual High School The Michigan virtual university has the authority to develop, implement and operate the Michigan virtual high school. The virtual high school may use interactive multimedia tools delivered by electronic means, including, but not limited to, the Internet, digital broadcast, or satellite network and shall offer classes including, but not limited to, information technology, college level equivalent courses, at-risk programs, general education development test preparation courses for adjudicated youth, special interest courses and professional development courses for teachers.
