State Technology Contacts MCA 20-32-101 Montana Educational Telecommunications Network Establishes the Montana educational telecommunications network (METNET) to provide instructional and educational coursework through telecommunications delivery to public school students in K-12. The superintendent of public instruction is responsible for overseeing the delivery of educational materials through telecommunications, assisting participating school districts with purchasing materials, training teachers, assisting school districts in procuring necessary telecommunications technologies, and compiling and disseminating to school districts information identifying educational programming. http://data.opi.state.mt.us/bills/mca_toc/20_32_1.htm Online Learning Programs
