State Technology Contacts NDCC 15-19-01 through 08 High School Correspondence Courses Through the division of independent study, the State provides correspondence courses that have been specifically approved each year by the superintendent of public instruction as proper and suitable and that meet state content standards. The courses must be maintained upon the campus of one of the state institutions of higher education. The division of independent study is the responsibility of, and under the supervision of, the educational technology council.
