State Technology Contacts Va. Code Ann. 22.1-354.1 through 354.5 Western Virginia Public Education Consortium The Consortium is to coordinate technology-related activities between Consortium members for video conferencing and distance learning, including acquiring and utilizing hardware and software. Code Ann. 22.1-254.1 Requirements for home instruction Parents may provide home instruction for their children by enrolling the child or children in a correspondence course that has been approved by the Superintendent of Public Instruction.
