State Technology Contacts A.C.A. 6-11-119 Correspondence courses State Board of Education has the power to create regulations and standards for accrediting individuals and organizations offering correspondence courses and to approve any such correspondence courses. It is unlawful to offer courses without registering with, and approval from, the Board.
