2014 NAEP Technology and Engineering Literacy: View Resources

In August 2008, the National Assessment Governing Board commissioned a group of experts in the field of technology to develop a Technological Literacy Issues Paper. The Technological Literacy Issues Paper identifies the major issues relevant to the development of a first ever Technology and Engineering Literacy Framework for NAEP and offers recommendations for their resolution. This paper will serve as a valuable springboard for discussions among the NAEP Technology and Engineering Literacy 2014 Planning and Steering Committee members.
