a group of California Citizens united in an effort to ensure that Crystal Cove State Park Historic District's cottages, its beach, historic district, and the offshore Irvine Coast Marine Life Refuge Area of Special Biological Significance are preserved, maintained, and utilized for the to the optimum educational,interpretive and recreational benefit for the people of this State all park visitors.
