Description: The State Educational Technology Directors Association (SETDA) share their report on National Trends: Enhancing Education Through Technology, NCLB Title II, Part D — Year One in Review. In the fall of 2003, SETDA commissioned the Metiri Group to conduct a national survey on the first year of implementation of the NCLB Title II, Part D Program. Forty-six states and the District of Columbia completed this survey, representing 92 percent of the federal dollars allocated across the United States in Title II, Part D funds in 2002-2003. This report documents the implementation of the formula and competitive grant programs and highlights several state programs, documenting their alignment with the purposes of NCLB.
