One of the most important features of CABAP is the establishment of a network of approximately 300 Key Leaders throughout the state. A Key Leader (KL) helps enlist and support a local network, generally consisting of Points of Contact from 20 to 30 schools.
CABAP has at least one KL for almost every county in the state. Of course, many counties have more than one KL. You can use the CABAP@MySchool link to find out which Key Leader is associated with a particular school.
The links on the left enable you to explore more about the expectations for KLs, and the resources and professional development available to them. KLs use the Building a Presence online system to register their Points of Contact, receive electronic information from national and statewide leadership, and to communicate with other KLs and with their POCs.
