This statewide network will consist of Points of Contact (POCs), working with a regional Key Leader. A Point of Contact is a classroom teacher or administrator who is an advocate and contact person for science education in his or her individual school building. A school can have one or many Points of Contact.
Each Point of Contact will:
- Register electronically in the NSTA database.
- Disseminate to other teachers in their school the information/resources received through participating in CABAP.
- Be encouraged and assisted to access the statewide online resources.
Points of Contact will receive:
- Resources provided by the statewide leadership and their Key Leader, including a copy of Dr. Art's Guide to Planet Earth.
If you would like to serve as a Point of Contact for your school, fill in the registration form. You will be enrolled in the network, and receive free science education publications and information from CABAP.
